virtual bulletin board for music students of Reynolds High School

Johnathan Hamiel, NCMEA President Elect and Director of Instrumental Ensembles at Reynolds High, asked his band students how they’re using music to help keep motivated and inspired through COVID-19 and social distancing. The answers he received were collected in a Padlet.

A Padlet is an online virtual “bulletin” board, where students and teachers can collaborate, reflect, share links and pictures, in a secure location. Contributors can moderate posts, remove posts and manage their board around the clock.

Says Hamiel, “I think this is a perfect tool to use to show what music means to everyone!”

Impressed, the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County school district wrote an article on the project and posted it to their website.
