Realon Christian Academy (Realon) is hiring an Upper School Music Teacher!Realon Christian Academy, a private, classical high school fostering intellectual and Christian excellence, is hiring energetic teachers with entrepreneurial spirits to join our founding faculty. We’re opening our doors in August 2026 to serve grades 9 and 10. Realon teachers cultivate intellectual curiosity and virtuous habits; they help young scholars come into their fullness as a child of God. Central to our model is connecting the heads, the hearts, and the hands of our young scholars. We combine STEAM education in industry-connected learning opportunities with an emphasis on human flourishing. Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 1-2 years teaching experience in a classical and/or Christian academy
• Demonstrable commitment to Realon Christian Academy’s statement of faith
• Strong classroom order skills and the ability to foster a calm, attentive learning environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable commitment to lifelong learning, moral formation, and professional growth
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partner meaningfully with families
• Willingness to contribute to the life of the school through clubs, extracurriculars, or special programs
