A One Day Symposium for High School Students Interested in the Music Education Profession

The Young Professionals Symposium has a history of providing high school music students interested in Music Education specifically tailored sessions and experiences.
Participants for the Young Professionals Symposium will begin their day learning about their leadership style and how to advocate for music education. Young Professional students will then participate in specific sessions catered towards entering the music education profession, including a conducting seminar, interview tips and tricks from various NC music education professors, and mock interviews with NC Music Education College Professors!
