Online Registration 

Early Registration now through – October 20

Your Conference registration rate is automatically calculated based on your membership level. You can pay by credit card or by check. If you are paying by check, select the PO option for Purchase Order. You will be asked to enter a PO number in the form. Once completed, you will receive an email PO/Invoice that you can share with your school finance office or booster club.

Introductory* Member: $55
Collegiate Member: $40
Non-Member: $180
Retired Member: No Fee

On-line & Onsite Registration Nov 2 – Nov 13

Active Member: $120
Introductory* Member: $75
Collegiate Member: $40
Non-Member: $240
Retired Member: No Fee

*An Introductory Member is a First Year teacher immediately following your Collegiate Member year. You must renew NAfME/NCMEA as an Introductory Member for this registration rate to apply. (Call the NAfME Membership Office to join at this level 703-860-4000.)

Before you register:

Make sure your membership is current.

If you haven’t logged into the NAfME or NCMEA website since June, you must create a new password BEFORE you can continue with registration.

Follow these instructions:
To access your account, simply go to Login and click Sign Up. Be sure to enter your primary email already associated with your NAfME membership, to sync with your existing account in our database. Please also create a unique password; NAfME Member IDs are no longer used to login.
