DESCRIPTION:NCMPL 2025 Colloquium #1:  Music Program Leaders and the Blueprint for Strengthening the Music Teacher Profession: An Overview\nThursday\, February 27\, 2025\nTime: 4:00 – 5:00 PM ET / 1:00 – 2:00 PM PT\n \nThe NAfME Council of Music Program Leaders (NCMPL) Colloquium 2025 series begins this month. The school year began with the August Colloquium featuring a detailed conversation about music advocacy in your district. The October Colloquium addressed music education and service learning. \nAbout the February 27 Colloquium\nAs a preview to the NAfME Council of Music Program Leaders Forum in April\, we present this colloquium\, which will use the Blueprint for Strengthening the Music Teacher Profession to share ways in which music program leaders can support pre-service and early career music educators in their teaching journey.
