Welcome to the web site of The North Carolina Music Educators Association! We are one of eleven state affiliates of the Southern Division of MENC: the National Association for Music Education. The mission of the North Carolina Music Educators association is to promote music as a fundamental component of education and to provide opportunities for lifelong learning by supporting teachers, students and communities in developing and fostering excellence in music. It is our intention to provide you with valuable information and resources to meet your needs.
