Dear NCMEA Member:

This is the web version of your 2000 NCMEA Handbook. It contains general information concerning the operation of NCMEA, the constitution and by-laws of NCMEA and the various section, and detailed procedures and regulations for the contests, festivals and clinics sponsored by the sections.

Included in the band, choral, middle school choral and orchestra sections of the handbook are links to the application forms to be used for entering students and groups in the contests and festivals. It is strongly suggested that you use them to submit your entries.
