Pay for 2008 In-Service Conference pre-registration using the secure PayPal service

Pre-registration Deadline: October 15, 2008


IMPORTANT: You must turn off your browsers pop-up blocker before proceeding

1. Click the "Add to Cart" button beside the item you want to pay for.
    A "Shopping Cart Page" will open in a new window.
    IE users click on the "Continue Shopping" button to return to the NCMEA page to add more items.
    Firefox users must click on the tab for the pre-registration page to continue shopping.
If you want to pay for multiples of the same item, i.e. Luncheons, you can increase the
number of items purchased on the "View Cart Page" under the quantity heading and then
click on the "Update Cart" button.
NOTE: Macintosh users will not see a "Continue Shopping" button.  Just click anywhere on this page and the "Shopping Cart Page" will move to the background.  (Do not click on the "Back" button on the "Shopping Cart Page").

2. When you are through adding items to you order, click on the "Check Out With PayPal" button. You will be taken to the "Pay fast with PayPal" page.

If you do not have a PayPal account, click on the "Continue" button at the credit card logos to proceed.  Otherwise, login to your PayPal account to proceed.  You will then be taken to the "Shipping Information Page".

3. On the Shipping Information Page be sure to click on "Shipping Required" button and then enter your address information.  We need this information for processing the transaction.  Click on the "Continue Checkout" button.
You will be taken to the "Billing Information Page".

4. Enter the information requested and then click on the "Continue Checkout" button.  You will be taken to the "Make Your Payment Page".

5. Check your order details and then click on the "Pay Now" button.


Note: EVERY member wishing to register MUST supply their Member I.D. number!
(If you don't have an ID number, type none in the Member I.D. #: field)

Note to Retired Members, please complete a conference pre-registration form and submit by mail or as an email attachment to ncmea@bellsouth.net. If you are making a meal purchase, you may use the on-line registration process.

If you want to register for additional people (other than your spouse), you will have to go through the following form once for each additional person.
