If you want to pay for multiples of the same item, i.e. Luncheons, you can increase theNOTE: Macintosh users will not see a "Continue Shopping" button. If you do not have a PayPal account, click on the "Continue" button at the credit card logos to proceed. Otherwise, login to your PayPal account to proceed. You will then be taken to the "Shipping Information Page".
3. On the Shipping
Information Page be sure to click on "Shipping Required" button and
then enter your address information. We need this information for processing
the transaction. Click on the "Continue Checkout" button.
You will be taken to the "Billing Information Page".
4. Enter the information requested and then click on the "Continue Checkout"
button. You will be taken to the "Make Your Payment Page".
5. Check your order details and then click on the "Pay Now" button.
Note: EVERY member wishing to register MUST supply their Member
I.D. number!

Note to Retired Members, please complete a conference pre-registration form and submit by mail or as an email attachment to ncmea@bellsouth.net. If you are making a meal purchase, you may use the on-line registration process.
If you want to register for additional people (other than your
spouse), you will have to go through the following form once for each additional
person.
