In-Service Conference Information For NCMEA Members

NCMEA’s Annul In-Service Conference provides music teachers with opportunities to participate in sessions appropriate for various specialties within the field of music education. The exhibits provided by music businesses, software providers, colleges and universities, fundraising, camps, and touring and performance venues give conference participants a chance to see both established products as well as materials just appearing on the market. Teacher certification renewal credits - certificates of participation - are available for attendees.

2011 Research Proposal
Certificate of Attendance:
This year NCMEA will provide a Certificate of Attendance for each member who registers for the conference. Members should:
1. Request prior approval from their school system (LEA) before attending the conference.
2. Complete the Session Log, using approved sessions as listed in the Conference Program Book Approved Session list.
3. Return their Certificate of Attendance form and their Session Log to the appropriate person in their school system.
